In order to reward academic excellence, the university of Miami Stamps Scholarship was established to help students who have accomplished exceptional feats in their high school Studies and finally made it to the university; named after the pioneer Roe Stamps and his wife, Penny.
Remember that the University of Miami was established in the year 1925, located in southern Florida in the United States. The school, over the years have maintained exceptional records in teaching and research, equipping her students to meet both industrial and labour demands and ensuring self establishment of all her students.
In the year 2006, the Stamps Scholarship was first launched by Roe Stamps and his wife Penny (who is now late). The scholarship was aimed at assisting bright high school students achieve their full career potentials and to cushion the effects of high financial demands that comes with university education in the United States.
Application for this year's Stamps Scholarship is open and interested individuals are requested to apply.
