The 2024 General Ibrahim Attahiru Foundation Scholarship

General Ibrahim Attahiru (Late) was the 21st Nigerian Chief of Army Staff who was born on 10th August 1966. (Wikipedia).  He was appointed the Nigerian COAS by the President Muhammad Buhari Government on 28th January, 2021. Ebonyi State Government releases a sum of ₦2.2bn for the State Scholarship program

Among one of the best performing governors in Nigeria is Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru; the executive governor of Ebonyi State.
