The 2025 NNPC-SNEPCo National University Scholarship is currently accepting application for the 2025 rounds.
The Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited (SNEPCo), in partnership with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited and co-venture partners, invites qualified Nigerian students to apply for the 2025 NNPC-SNEPCo National University Scholarship. This scholarship aims to promote academic excellence and support the development of skilled professionals across Nigeria.

What Is the NNPC-SNEPCo Scholarship About?
The NNPC-SNEPCo scholarship is a merit-based scholarship awarded to full-time second-year undergraduates in Nigerian public universities. It offers annual financial support from the second year of study through to graduation, helping students focus on their education without financial stress
Eligibility Criteria for the 2025 NNPC-SNEPCo National University Scholarship
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen.
- Be currently in their second year (200 level) in a public university accredited by the NUC.
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Not be a recipient of any other scholarship from any oil and gas industry entity, nationally or internationally.
Note: Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
Application Deadline
August 15, 2025
Submit your application for 2025 NNPC-SNEPCo National University Scholarship on or before the deadline. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a proctored computer-based test.

- Passport-sized photograph (JPEG, max 200KB)
- University/JAMB admission letter
- UTME result
- O’Level result(s)
- ‘A’ Level/OND/NCE result (if applicable)
- State of Origin identification letter
- Academic results after 100 level (CGPA)
- Government Official Declaration Form
