This initiative, approved by the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, is designed to support final-year Kwara State indigene students in state or federal government-owned tertiary institutions.

Applicants must:
- Be final-year students in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Be indigenes of Kwara State with valid proof.
- Possess a KWASRRA SSID (12-character unique identification number on the Resident Card).
- Have a valid National Identification Number (NIN).
- Show evidence of NAKLAS/NAKSS due payment.
