Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients and team members to understand website design and functionality requirements.
- Design responsive and user-friendly website interfaces using Figma.
- Convert Figma designs into custom WordPress themes.
- Develop custom WordPress plugins to add extra website functionality.
- Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive layouts for all devices.
- Test, debug, and optimize website performance.
- Maintain clean, secure, and well-documented code.
- Provide technical support and resolve theme or plugin issues.
- Document development processes and system architecture.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Strong UI/UX design skills with experience using Figma.
- Ability to convert Figma designs into WordPress themes.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugin architecture.
- Experience with Bootstrap or other front-end frameworks.
- Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
- Familiarity with Git and package managers (Composer or npm).
- Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
