Eligibily Criteria
To be eligible for the 2025 Click-on Kaduna State Data Science Fellowship Program for Young Professionals, applicants must:
- Be aged between 18 and 35 years
- Reside in Kaduna State at the time of application
- Hold a degree in a STEM-related field such as:
- Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Physical Sciences
- Health Sciences
- Current undergraduates undergoing 6–12 months industrial training (IT) in these fields may also apply
Additional Skills Required:
Applicants are expected to possess the following skills which will leverage them on the course of the training. these are:
- Basic computer literacy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data usage
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English
The selection process will prioritize gender balance, ensuring at least 50% female participation.
Step-by-Step Application Process
Follow these steps to complete your application successfully:

- Complete and submit the online application form
- Watch for an activation email and click the link to verify your account
- Set up your profile with a secure password
- Write a 250-word personal statement explaining why you’re a good fit for the fellowship
- Upload a valid means of identification (accepted: National ID, Voter’s Card, Driver’s License, or International Passport) in .jpg format
- If shortlisted, record and submit a 2-minute video introducing yourself and highlighting your unique strengths
- Await a status confirmation email
- Take a Computer-Based Test (CBT) if invited; only applicants who exceed the average score will proceed
- Attend a final one-on-one interview with the selection panel
- If selected, join the Fifth Cohort of the Kaduna Data Science Fellowship Program
