The 2026 edition of ITH scholarship for international students is currently open. This is best opportunity for students from underdeveloped and developing countries to advance their careers in Austria.

The government of Austria ITH announced a fully funded scholarship grants for international students who seek to pursue a Master’s degree in Austria with interest. The aim of the grant is to train highly polished leaders and experts in the area of tourism and hospitality.

ITH scholarship for international students 2026 – Eligibility:

Below are the eligibility criteria for the ITH scholarship:

  1. Countries – students from all developing countries like Moldova, Armenia,  Ethiopia,, Burkina Faso, Mozambique, Bhutan, Uganda,  Palestinian Territories, Georgian, 
  2. Age – must be an adult aged between 18 years to 35 years.
  3. English language proficiency – non-native English speakers must provide a proof of English language proficiency with an IELTS score of not less than 5.5 or an acceptable TOEFL score.
  4. Must have at least a year working experience in hospitality and tourism sector.

Scholarship covers:

  • Full tuition cover
  • Monthly stipends of about €205
  • Travel allowance
  • Health insurance
