1. Professor
- Must hold a PhD in the relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of full-time teaching and research experience in a recognized university.
- At least 24 scholarly publications, with 40% in international journals.
- Must have presented six (6) conference papers and attended ten (10) academic conferences.
- Demonstrated administrative experience (as Dean, HOD, or Director).
2. Associate Professor
- PhD in the relevant field.
- Minimum of 12 years teaching and research experience.
- At least 18 publications (40% international).
- At least four (4) conference papers and seven (7) academic conferences attended.
- Must show evidence of administrative leadership.
3. Senior Lecturer
- PhD in the relevant discipline.
- Nine (9) years of teaching and research experience in a university.
- At least 12 publications (40% international).
- Three (3) conference papers and five (5) academic conferences attended.
- Proven record of academic and administrative competence.
4. Lecturer I
- PhD in the relevant field.
- Minimum of six (6) years teaching experience.
- Nine (9) journal publications and two (2) conference papers.
- Must have attended at least three (3) academic conferences.
5. Lecturer II
- Must possess a PhD or Master’s degree with at least three (3) years of teaching experience.
