
The Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State, has officially announced the commencement of online applications for admission into its 12th Regular Course Degree Programme.
According to the management, the application portal will be open from 28th July to 8th September 2025. This admission process offers a golden opportunity for young Nigerians seeking a career in the Nigeria Police Force, combining academic excellence with rigorous professional training.
Admission Requirements
Interested applicants must:
- Be Nigerian by birth and possess a National Identity Number (NIN).
- Score a minimum of 180 in the 2025 UTME and choose Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, as their first choice.
- Obtain at least six credits, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or equivalent (results prior to 2021 are not accepted).
- Be between 16 and 21 years old as of 31st October 2025.
- Be physically, medically, and psychologically fit.
- Have a minimum height of 1.67m (males) or 1.64m (females).
- (Males only) Have a minimum chest measurement of 86cm (34 inches).
- Be unmarried and not pregnant at the time of admission.
- Provide a valid email address and phone number.
Application Process
To apply, candidates must:
- Visit the academy’s official admission portal: www.admission.polac.edu.ng.
- Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code.
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦6,000 (including ₦2,000 Post-UTME fee) at any commercial bank.
- Complete the online form and upload the following scanned documents:
- SSCE Certificate
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Certificate of State of Origin
